"Came into Oreillys with a dead battery and was having issues locating the receipt. Jose from the Stassney location was on it! He was extremely helpful and asked that I reach out to the original store to see if they could further assist. I then called the store the Oak-hill location and talked to an employee by the name Jose who was extremely rude and disrespectful refusing to help me in any fashion ( mind you all in front of the sales rep that asked that I call them for further assistance). After several attempts, I requested to speak with the manager… Turns out he’s the store manager( but not really.. more like the assistant) and decided to get loud with his tone while still being disrespectful explaining to me that policy is policy and that I was pretty much out of luck. Shocked by how I was being treated, I threaten to call corporate. Jose then makes a vulgar comment and said call them *phone hangs up* At this point, I’m shocked, Jose from Stassney is in disbelief…. and that’s when Carlos jumps in ( hopefully he’s a manager… because that guys a LEGEND). **He’s like I got this - flips through a couple of screens, locates the transaction and is able to provide the exchange for my battery free of charge. Now that’s customer service!!!! Carlos and Jose from Store 705 W Stassney you guys rock and deserve a raise!! Thank you for treating me like a person and saving the day."

"I called and asked if they could help me with the battery, I am 33 weeks pregnant and had bought the battery at another place “who I asked of they could help” they brushed me off I called spoke to a gentleman named Jose he won me over by reassuring me and letting me know that they will definitely install the battery. So I returned the battery I had just bought and went to them and in less that 30 minutes my battery was I. And my car was working beautifully. They have the best customer service and they are all so kind! 10 out of 10 would recommend this location"

"This experience went from ok, too bad, to good. My battery died in the parking lot next to their shop. I go in and ask for tools to remove the battery. After a couple of attempts, they didn't have the right socket. So I bought one. Pulled the battery out myself. Luckily, a gentleman on a motorcycle helped carry it in. The man tested it. Said you need a new battery. I buy one. Doesn't work. Mind you, I stood in line for each interaction. Even when it wasn't the right socket. The next person to help came out and tested the alternator. It was out. I bought one. While buying it, he said they shouldn't have sold you a battery. I was a little taken back. I went home. Hired a mobile mechanic to replace the alternator. I wrote the store an email. The manager contacted me immediately! He said he talked to everyone involved, and he would be happy to refund the battery and install the old one. What surprised me was when he even returned the socket I bought. He went above and beyond to make the situation better. His name was Daniel. 5 star manager right there."
