"Came to buy my windshield for my suberban, I had no idea what brand to buy or hot to remove and put it on , when into the store and Denise came out to help me figure out which ones I needed, with the help of her coworker Cecilio he was able to get me the right ones and even taught me how to take off and put them on , definitely will be coming to this autozone when I'm in town (I'm from Dallas TX)"

"This has to be the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. An older gentleman by the name of Billy I’m not sure if he was management but I was in the store waiting in line when an African American gentleman walked in needing assistance to which the Caucasian gentleman Billy tried to belittle the African American gentleman telling him that he needs to leave the store because the gentleman asked him to see if they could check if his order was there and the guy Billy who works there said he could not look and would not look and continued to try and undermine and escort the man out of the store for no apparent reason and the guy is a businessman with ATX 512 Mobile Mechanics and I was so disgusted with how the employees treated him me and my coworker had to walk out I will never ever come back to this store again. All Billy had to do was attend to the gentleman’s needs as it is his job to do so respectfully and courteously to everyone. This guy is bad for business and a liability to any company if this is the type of people they hire and allow to deal with their business then it really shows how much this company truly does not value their customers."

"I went into the store to apply for a job and it was a very bad experience that I had, customers not being helped employees are rude and I only saw 1 employee in uniform I really had a horrifying experience with the store. They use to have a lady there that had the store in order I wish she was there to stop the chaos they need to bring her back to the store I believe her name is Wendy."

"I didn’t leave a review the first time I got bad information at this location, but after a second visit today I feel like I have to say something. Several months ago the headlight on my girlfriend’s Jeep Cherokee went out. I noticed this while we were in Georgetown, so I decided to swing by AutoZone on the way home and pick up a replacement bulb. This location was the most convenient, being right next to I-35. I went in and said I needed a headlight for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, so the employee helping me looked up the part. He told me it was a “specialty bulb” and that they didn’t carry it. I asked if that meant I’d need to take it to a dealership, and he said yes. This struck me as odd, so I went home and looked up the part on the AutoZone website. I found it, went to a different location near my home, and replaced the bulb in the parking lot a few minutes later. Today I went to my sister’s house to jump her car, as she had just returned from a trip out of state to find she had a dead battery. Once her car was running she realized she had left an interior light on, the likely culprit, but we took it to this AutoZone right after to have the battery tested just in case. The employee who tested the battery said that we needed a new one, but did not sound confident about it. While time will tell whether the battery is truly in bad shape, the car has had no problem starting several times since our visit to this location earlier today. Given my other experience here, I’m skeptical. Frankly, a negative review would have been perfectly justified after my experience with the headlight. As far as the battery goes, again, we’ll see. But so far so good, even though we were told otherwise."

"First of all, I was already hesitant going to that location, but this experience just proved why I should have went to another location. I asked the guy for the proper lightbulb even showed him what my husband sent me, and he sold me the wrong light after I ask him, do they put it in he told me they couldn’t because it was night time that’s bogus. The one in Pflugerville helped me at night time Before! He was young and just being LAZY, trying to put on rap music! (Z-ro) to be exact! So glad my brother came and assisted me with light never going there again! I’m only giving them one star because of the nice guy who helped me get the proper light and apologized!"
