"Trying to order a beverage and the lawn crew was using their blower and blew all of the leaves and debris into my car. Nice."
"This location is hit or miss in terms of service. The quality of the food is always fine, but the lack of staff is unfortunate. My husband and I came here around 8pm. We waited for approximately 15 minutes after pressing the button. We saw someone in the drive thru, and thought we might have more luck there. The person on the other side explained that they were only doing stall service. We returned to the stall we were in previously. We waited another 15 minutes after pressing the red button when they shut the request off. We pressed it again and waited another 10 minutes before leaving. The franchisee needs to put more effort in finding staff before this location goes out of business."
"I got a spoon full of bbq sauce on my half eaten portion of popcorn chicken was out of toppings and product DIDNT TAKE DRIVE THRU ORDERS LIKE NO SMILES NO TY NO NOTHING, they need to CLOCK out n punch n to REHAB !! Just SLOW AND WORDS I SHALL NOT SAY!"
"Ordered our food online which was a cheeseburger, a kids meal, and drinks when the car hop came to deliver our food didn't ask if we needed any condiments napkins nothing left our food and walked away(didn't even wait for her tip) I opened the bags the kids meal i ordered was supposed to have fries and a grilled cheese well we got cold tater tots and no toy which was supposed to be a transformer spoon which we were looking forward too sonic yall need to do better with online orders someone should check orders before being taken out"
