"Took 1.5 hrs for an inspection, that’s fine. Asked if I wanted to replace the two filters, I should have asked how long it was going to take cause it took an hour, when it should have taken 20 min. Then on my way home I heard some rattling under the hood. Got home and discovered the screws for the air filter were loose as a goose. Tightened them up and all is good. I’d give a 3 but the staff is friendly and the waiting room is comfortable, so good job on that lamb."
"I drive around searching for a place with a state inspector on site to get my yearly car inspection done. Online several places are listed as having one, including my normal place I go, however 5 of those I went to, did not. Lamb's Automotive was the only place that was able to take care of this for me. I called and was told there was an inspector there until 4:00. I walked in and within probably about 45 minutes, everything was done and good to go. I've used them before for repairs and they have always treated me, as a woman, with respect and did not talk down to me like I didn't know anything. Great service, great business.
