"You have to download an app or call ahead to order. First of all, it's hard to find the right app, and it takes forever to sign up (especially when you're hungry or thirsty). Second, the menu on the app has no descriptions and limited pictures. I find it extremely disorganized. The app did not include seasonal specials either. The shake was ok but $9?? Disappointment."
