"For Starters I Didn't Get Food. Didn't Even Order. It Says HERE They Open At 10:30. Was At The Drive Thru At 10:23. Waited To Hear Someone Come On And Ask What I Wanted And Nothing. Went To The Window And No One In Sight. So Decided To Go Inside. They Were Closed (10:37). I'm Trying To Figure Out Why The Hours On Here Haven't Been Updated If That's The Case. Time Wasted At This Location."
"I looked at the ratings. Apparently, KFC is Austin has an overall average of 2. I took a chance anyway. I’m glad I did. Potatoes and gravy were fresh and hot! Hot and spicy wings were just that and very fresh! My Mountain Dew’s syrup to all the rest ratio was on point. Also, I was there after lunch around 1:30 when some stores fare would not be so fresh. Great experience today!"
"Does KFC care about guest experience or quality? No. No they don't. But it's a 1 star drive thru... so you get what you pay for. Service is not kind, food is fine, atmosphere is crazy. It is what it is! Need a quick bite to eat and nothing else around? Go for it."
