"I bought a dress for $160 from here that was beautiful but poor quality. Once I got home to try my dress on with my shoes I notice that the piping in the dress was poking me in my breast. I was so disappointed because I had an important event to go to. Being that the tag was removed they refused to take it back. I just gotten the dress 2 days prior. They told me to go get it fix at the cleaners. For a $160 dollars this dress shouldn’t have been defected. I’m so disappointed in this store and would highly recommend not to spend your money here."
"I purchased a dress for my birthday trip and was told I could return the dress in 7 days in order to get my refund. I ended up forgetting the dress for my weekend trip and decided to return it after coming back. When I went to return it they told me that their policy was 7 days to get “store credit” which is RIDICULOUS considering I FOR SURE heard them say 7 day return policy. I was upset and thought that MAYBE I miss heard the first time but after hearing all these comments about them purposely miss leading people I feel like I heard right and they did not hold up to their verbal return policy. If I had hear this first hand then I wouldn’t have purchased it at all since I was on the fence about the dress to begin with. Don’t waste your money!"
"my favorite store in memorial city mall. i can always find something here for nights outs, date nights and brunch outfits. the material on the dresses is so good! customer service is truly 10/10. the owner Lucilia is hands down the sweetest person ever. i love how clean and neat it is. shop here ladies!"
"Today is Wednesday and I shopped here on Saturday for an event I was attending. When I walked in the store was destroyed by an unhappy customer. Now I know why! The girl who assisted me made me aware of the return policy verbally. Stating that I had 7 days for a full refund and then store credit thereafter. Today I went to return the items because it was poorly made. The staff was nice but did not merit the verbal policy. In 2023 the inability to refund in original payment is absurd. I don’t return items often but when I make a purchase in a store I only visited once, the lack of customer curtesy is unprofessional."
