"I used to love this store but it seems that maybe the rumors are true....they are slowly going downhill. They haven't updated their merchandise in over a year and the service is just getting worse and worse. I just left the store and the store rep inside never greeted me at all. She was standing at the register have a personal conversation with one of her friends. The phone rang and she picked it up and hung it up and continued her conversation. I left the store and she didn't say a word. I was in there for about 15 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Over the past 2 years my partner and i have spent a couple thousand dollars between their stores and online - for ourselves and my little sister. We thought we'd be devastated if they went out of business, now I could honestly care less. They won't get anymore of our money smh"
