"I love shopping here but the prices sometimes mean I can only window shop. I found some great finds just in time for the holidays on my last visit."
"Walked in to the manager yelling from across the store at a new employee to “guide” him on how to display shirts. If you need to have a conversation with your employee while multiple customers are in the store, maybe go stand next to them? It was a whole conversation, and she was clearly too lazy (or on a power trip?) to go within 15 steps of the employee. She preferred to make sure everyone else in the building knew her sad attempts at Socratic method “teaching” of the new employee. Made for an extremely unpleasant experience. We left quickly."
"I used to love this store but recently they don’t care about the customers. Today I entered the store no one even bothered to help me find what I needed. The most help was an associate told me I could use any fitting room with open curtain, which was amazing and new information. Who doesn’t know that. Ok this is not going to be my store anymore."
"With all the lovely Christmas decorations being prominently displayed everywhere, this store has a very sad window display which is completely ashamed since they have such a huge wall of windows. They need to look around the Memorial area and take some pointers. Thank goodness they have nice staff."
"Not what it used to be, or should be. Visited the store today and was never greeted by anyone. When I finally made it to the dressing room the sales clerk didn't even bother to shut the drape. When I asked her to find another size in an item she didn't even know that it was a new store item. She asked me if it was from clearance?! There was a man talking loudly on his mobile phone in the dressing area for quite a long time. The sales associates were more interested in chatting with each other at the register than attending to customers in the dressing rooms and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. They blew a potentially large sale to a customer today because of their in attentiveness and total lack of awareness of an annoying situation. Four additional items that I would have purchased were left in the dressing room because I could not wait to get out of there. Corporate needs to keep a closer eye on stores like this."
