"The store says it closes at 7pm and I arrived at 6:56 to do a quick return and they had already locked the doors. I knocked on the door and pointed at my return and they turned me away. If you’re not going to stay open until 7pm don’t advertise your closing time is at 7pm."

"Another disappointing experience at this store today. . I returned a dress and asked the sales person standing next to the other sales person gossiping at the counter if they recycled or could throw away the Ann Taylor shopping bag. She rudely said no and you can throw it away in the trash can. I was shocked and smiled and said ok. I left and will never return."

"Mia and Jasmine were a delight in the store. They took our clothes to a dressing room as we continued to shop. They had suggestion if we were pondering an item as well. My experience was positive and fun, which in many other stores it isn't. Kudos to your customer service."

"If you want to be surrounded by snobby employees and have a bad shopping experience come here! The customer service at this store is absolutely horrendous. I was not greeted by any employees when I came in, the employee that was fixing clothes on one rack would not budge so I could even look at the clothing she was blocking. When I asked for a dressing room, the attitude I received from the employee was terrible. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her. No one came to help me, no one checked on me, no one offered to exchange sizes whatsoever even though I went out a few times to get sizes. I felt as if I was intruding a private party that I was not invited to. I was so upset at the lack of service that I asked to speak to the manager regarding the lack of customer service who said, "Well an associate opened the dressing room didn't she?" As if this one gesture was already more than enough help I should have received. I left over $1,000 of merchandise at the store and purchased them online instead because of the terrible treatment I received there."

"It’s not common for me to leave a negative review, ever. I am compelled to raise awareness and perhaps AT will take in consideration quality sales associates to improve their business. I am a business owner, and been an Ann Taylor loyal customer for over 13 years. Over the years I came across many good and not so kind sales associates here. This was way out of alignment. Walked in to store 7:06pm on Friday, doors were still open, not realizing store closes at 7. Young woman rushed to me and without any hesitation or curtesy “ mam, you can’t be here, we’re closed.” When I replied that door still open and I didn’t realize store closes at 7. She didn’t even bother to take responsibility and apologizing for any of it. And rudely escorted me to the door. “We’re actually leaving now ourselves “ This is it for me. I can buy much quality items for the same price, elsewhere. No more Ann Taylor."
