"Extremely disorganized and rude business who will damage your RV. They won't call you to confirm or authorize before doing work. They'll bill you for any unnecessary or incomplete work they can think of. If something is even mentioned on the intake notes, don't expect anyone to call you to provide an estimate before they blunder ahead with billable "repairs". In addition to such unwanted "repairs", I was billed parts + labor for replacing a flat cab battery after letting the RV sit around for almost 2 months, instead of calling to authorize first or even charging the battery up first to verify. When I went to pick the RV up, I found that items they said were fixed were not fixed such as an overhead light that had water intrusion. For this observation, the owner told me that he was done working with me and I should come pick up the RV. I then discovered that if you disagree with the bill or the repair attempts that were made, expect to be threatened with physical violence - I told the owner over the phone that I planned to come and get the keys and that I was not going to pay for various items of unnecessary and incomplete work, and he threatened me to try it. My wife paid the bill to end the situation and when she drove the RV away it was immediately obvious that they did NOT fix the main problem we brought it in for which was an interior door that would not stay in place. Worse, 1 year later (now in 2023) we found out that in their incomplete repair attempt they had put a screw all the way from the interior through the exterior siding of the RV which resulted in weather penetration and damage over time. This business will claim in response to reviews like this one that they have no record of you being a customer, or spin some fairy tale version of what happened to attempt to blame or implicate the customer. Use your brain and go to First Class on the west side of Liberty Hill - in my experience they actually care about solving their customers' problems and stand behind their work."

"Took advantage of me being in the military. Were supposed to do injectors on my Duramax. Had them do them 2 times within a year and a half. A year later they went out again and the shop I took it to said all the injectors were mismatched brands. I asked and have my receipt showing I payed for Bosch injectors. Terrible business just looking to screw over their customers"

"Have to go with a One Star review, only because they don't allow Zero Star reviews. After 5 yrs in storage, took my diesel pusher in for a comprehensive check/servicing/repairs (i.e., everything) for the chassis and coach. Expected to pay a lot for the service, so expected good customer service. Silly me. Found owner to be exceptionally unprofessional and notoriously rude. Makes and breaks action dates at will then immaturely goes on a rant when asked for a status -- "...don't call me I'll call you when I get to it." That's your status. Can't say how good their mechanical skills are because after my RV sat there for a month awaiting service I pulled it out before the work began. If, however, customer service is indicative of their RV work (which I have to assume), then good luck. This place wants the big bucks (quoted $128/hr) and then acts like they're doing you a favor to do what's expected, i.e., do the work. If S&M is your thing, then you will be pleased with their customer relations; otherwise, suggest you investigate other options."

"I used these guys because it was hard to find anyone that could get me in reasonably fast. The work they did was average, but what really bothered me the most was the customer service. They told me they would be able to look at it on Monday if I brought it in on Friday, which I did. A week later they had still not looked at it and I was beginning to get short on time (leaving on a trip). They eventually looked at it and fixed several things without ever contacting me and explaining the cost involved. After chasing them down I finally got them on the phone and they told me it was finished (I had still never talked to them about the repairs needed or costs involved). I was not thrilled about the cost and would have likely fixed some of it myself had I known. What I really wanted was for someone to give it a good look over and tell me what they thought I needed to invest in to keep it in great condition. They were so busy they barely had time to throw in a few parts to get my basic concerns addressed. If you have plenty of time, they guys may be fine, but don't put them under a time constraint or they will likely over promise, and under deliver."
