"I’ll never comeback here and after today I’ll never spend money with express. Let me tell you my experience with the store manager RACHEL. She was very rude, and completely unprofessional. I haven’t felt so disrespected and brushed off in my life. I came into the store to return an online purchase. I had already set up the return through the email and received the email that said I could go in store. I get there and the Sales associate was not sure what to do so Rachel appears. She doesn’t ask me how she can help me she just asked for my phone number. She told me my number wasn’t on file. I showed her the email I received. She told me to give her my phone number and the card I paid with. Nothing came up. She told me there was nothing she could do. Then she asked me if I really purchased the items that I was trying to return. Now she has me in the store looking like a thief. Mind you I’m the only black person in the store and she decides to asked me if I really bought what I’m tying to return. I logged in to the app and showed her the purchase order. She then tells me I had an express credit card which I do not have. She continued to over talk me and tell me she was going to help someone else. She continued to tell me I should JUST GO and do the return online. I asked if I could speak to someone else because I didn’t feel like she was trying to help me AT ALL. She accused me of not really making the purchase and when I asked to speak to someone she laughed at me. She told me for a final time that she couldn’t do anything. I asked for a bag to put my items in so I could go. She laughed at me again and said she isn’t supposed to give out a bag without a purchase. I spent $300 on this order. I buy from this company once or twice a month. This woman was rude and I felt like she made a point to try to embarrass me. She made eye contact with everyone else behind me as she laughed. I needed to return items it should’ve have had to go this far. If this is how EXPRESS trains their store managers I will no longer shop here nor will I continue to let my friends shop here"
