"Never leave reviews but feel compelled after the inadequate experience. When making a return one brings a original receipt for a gift that did not work out & is faced with these clothes are not from our store (from Galleria) and these are not in season any longer. The items were purchased on 1/23 returned 1/25. In the end the return was made after getting pushback and a distasteful earful."
"Drove here on a Sunday - Jan 29th 23. Keep in mind there are now very few Ann Taylor stores - so I had over an hours drive to get here. The store was locked with a sign saying “inventory I’m progress”. No time was listed as to when it might reopen. I could see three store members inside leaning. Given that Saturday and Sundays are the only days a lot of people have off work it seems miserable they would simply lock the doors for an indefinite amount of time. If you’re going to be closed, for heavens sake, update the website and don’t disappoint people who have driven to see you based on your advertised opening hours. I waited for 50 minutes but the store didn’t open during this time."
"Emily is the best sales associate! I needed an order and could not make it to the store a little after 7 because of traffic. She waited for me so that I could get my items for an important event the next day. Great service!"
"Needs to improve customer service big time! Went to return a top that I purchased three days ago and was told it was on final sale and couldn’t return or exchange it. I tried to tell her that when I purchased it along with the other items, the lady who helped me said that all the dresses (didn’t mention the other items) were final sale. The tag also didn’t say that it was. Well, it turned out the receipt said otherwise! I was disappointed! I was even more disappointed by the unprofessional attitude the sales lady had towards me. I didn’t get her name but she had long braids and was NOT nice! She didn’t care at all and all said was an insincere “sorry” just so we could leave. I also noticed that she was always on her phone while I was there and was hesitant to help the lady in the fitting room (lazy!). I love this store but I don’t think I’ll be going back! I highly suggest that they improve their customer service and communicate their sales truthfully and not deceive customers."
