"This cute, blue food truck is within walking distance of my office. I've walked past it many times since I've been there, but decided this Cinco de Mayo, it was time to finally try it. So good. I don't really know what else to say. I got a variety of dishes, and had so much food I spent much of the afternoon eating while I worked instead of whistling. In case you're wondering, eating is a superpower I have. I enjoyed two large chicken and cheese papusas with slaw. The cheese was melty and the slaw had pickled jalapeño slices. I enjoyed two pork tacos with beans, onions, peppers, cheese, and green salsa on corn tortillas. The tortillas didn't tear while I ate my tacos. I don't know what that means, and I don't care. The tacos were delicious, and I appreciated not having my tortillas fall apart while I ate them. I enjoyed a large beef torta. It had tomatoes and lettuce and a sauce that was so refreshing. All that delicious sandwich-ness was toasted inside some great bread. All of that came out to just over $26. I feel like that's very reasonable for how much food I ordered. I am so excited to go back and try more of their menu."
