"I walked up to the counter to order my food. The guy walks up and asks if I would be paying with cash or card. I said card he quickly states we ask you to use the self serve ordering device and turns around and walks away. It would have taken him a minute to take my order. I walked out and went to McDonald’s instead. If they don’t have time to take my order I don’t have time to give them my business."

"Ok it's taco bell so not winning any awards for food, price or service. With that said, this is the best taco bell in the vicinity. The one on East parmer and west parmer are terrible. The one on Wells Branch used to be okay but now terrible. This one on braker ln is the only one that so far can put the right amount of sauce in the quesadilla and heat it for the right temperature and time. Basic stuff but apparently too hard for the other taco bells. So I drive all the way from parmer skipping the closer ones to come here. The gamble has mostly paid off. Never been inside, my life is not that sad yet. The drive thru person is generally friendly enough and so far no mess ups on the orders. 3.5 rounded up."

"I will say I usually have issues with Taco Bell in general but this location kills it every time! Always gets my order right and is usually very quick and efficient. Kudos to the managers of this location for holding their employees to a high standard! I will continue to be a regular at this location."

"So I had to do an individual review for this particular one,the secret is to round up your change to the nearest dollar. Seems childish I know however, The food was made spectacular in reference from the last time, which I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Really important a month ago. I wouldn’t suggested any food. The past three times I’ve went I rounded my change up to the nearest dollar and it has made a difference."
