"I'm the only person in line at 11am and the two people making burritos tell me I'll have to wait 35-40 minutes until the can take my order. The online orders were more important to them than the customer standing in front of them in the restaurant. I won't be visiting this restaurant again. There are too many other restaurants that will be happy to take my business. This location had a history of poor service but it doesn't get much worse than today."
"Sure, I have bad experiences at Freebirds. But also have had fantastic times there. I will never not desire Freebirds. And with my service industry history, don't think that will ever change.
