"Came at 6pm and apparently they only accept “exact cash” this is the second time someone has come up with some excuse to not serve. At this point I’m surprise that no one has noticed the lack of orders taken after hours while these employees are still getting paid."
"This location cracks me up. If you come late, each employee has a different lie to avoid serving customers. “Online ordering only” “credit card machine isn’t working” “computers are down until ____”. Why not just close overnight?"
"Do not come here they are horrible. They never get the order right. They are always out of salads and when you do order a salad they never give you the stuff that goes with it. They lie about not offering military discount. They are always out of something. They service is horrible. Honestly just drive the extra minutes to the next one. Don’t eat here!"
"Worst service. Drove through a few times but they just kept telling us to wait. Seriously need new managers and crew. We're super chill and patient, but when everyone keeps driving off it's fairly evident they need new servers. Edit to say that I completed the online form."
"The female individual working the shift at 2 am on Sunday November 5 2023 hates her job. She was rude and sounds like she is trying to sabotage the franchise owner. I am unfamiliar with this menu and she told me hurry up “this is jack in the box do I want a taco”. Simply put, I couldn’t think after that. There was nobody but me in line at the drive through. If this company wants to thrive she will not help the process. Staff make the place what it is and the person is ghetto. So I take it management is ghetto and the place is ghetto."
