"Can’t comment on the food I asked what was on a burger the cashier said I don’t know. We asked again at the window if anyone knew and they said they don’t eat the food here and started saying rude things under their breath. Yikes"
"The manager was rude and condescending. She said that it was my fault for not ordering my food correctly when I repeated multiple times through the speaker what I wanted in a polite tone. She continued to give me the ugliest look ever, and talk to me in such a rude tone. I’m always kind to food workers because I use to work in the industry. I’ve never written a bad review of a restaurant but this lady needs to be fired or demoted."
"Went through the drive thru and ordered the classic crispy Jack wrap. The attendant asked me multiple times if I wanted the spicy one...I said no every time she asked and clarified I wanted the classic one because I can't handle spicy food at all (I get BAD heartburn). When I got back to my office to enjoy my lunch it was the spicy wrap! I will not be back here. They don't listen even when told something multiple times!"
