"The food is good. The service needs work, Missing items on my order. Better communication is desperately needed. Slow down it doesn't matter when you're fast if the order is wrong; breathe make sure what the ticket says matches with what's going in the bag/box. Thank you Austin customer."
"I have never experienced a more humiliating experience than today caused by such serious negligence by the employee named Mikalya who served her relatives without taking care of the customer who was patiently in line before. Seeing such negligence, I only asked that I be granted the right to order. When I was ordering, a gentleman came towards me, insulting me with the most humiliating and discriminatory words that I have ever received in this wonderful country. I love Popeyes Chicken. I respect the wonderful attention of customers. But it is unacceptable that the negligence of an employee causes this to a customer. Even with everything, I applaud the work of the manager on duty who had the delicacy to address the situation with professionalism during and after the case."
"I have been buying food regularly at this location since 2017, and I noticed that the quality and taste of the food has improved by a whole lot lately. I've eaten chicken sandwiches from top notch restaurants, and the last two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I ordered from here are the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Juicy, thick, crunchy breading and the meat is full of flavor! Looks like they have a new manager, who has an excellent system running the place."
"Sandwich was ok. Very crispy however very large amount of mayonnaise. Potatoes average. Diet Coke did not even taste like soda. Server very friendly and drive-thru efficient."
