IHOP

"Better attention to customers required ie.waiter needs to ask if we need anything, how's the food,need napkins etc ?? My husband had to ask for coffee,napkins. Atmosphere was fine but restaurant needs renovations...even just a paint job would better it up ! Food was good ."

"We dined in at this ihop location and were here at 11:52pm Monday July 31st 2023 our server was Veronica W she was the worse server I have encountered from start to finish she’s extremely lazy and incompetent it started with our drink order which was both Dr peppers they tasted no where near Dr Pepper it tasted terrible and flat we asked for different drinks and those were terrible to there was six glasses total with drinks in them that’s ridiculous also the dining room was completely filthy there was numerous tables still dirty our server Veronica did the bare minimum if that also we both ordered French toast with scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns with choice of meat when we received said food the cheese on the eggs was not even melted into it was just drizzled on top all in all bare minimum service that’s not worth paying for management and big upper management need to step up there game and improve everything this location should just be torn down it’s extremely small inside anyways do yourself a favor and skip this ihop and choose anywhere else"

"Despite the reviews of sticky floors, decided to check out since it was right next to my hotel. Granted, I went at 2:30pm, but I had a very pleasant experience- nice server, great food, affordable prices. I can see it potentially getting hectic and messy at busy hours since it is a small place and few servers, a messy group can complicate things, but otherwise I recommend it for convenient, affordable and good food!"

"Nope not really good. I ordered the Avocado toast with eggs and got it with bacon on top and that is a Desaster as a vegetarian. Coffee and pancakes whatever where pretty good."

"I was not impressed by this IHOP. The number one issue is that there were multiple things in front of the fire exit and that is a health hazard and extremely illegal. The establishment itself gets a lot of business being near a lot of jobs and ACC college but that doesn't really excuse the lack of cleanliness. I expect that level of dirty floors/tables from a Waffle House but not IHOP. Now, again, they were extremely busy and barely had time to clean between customers. At some point my mom accidentally spilled her coffee and our waitress was busy for a while so I cleaned up what I could but there were no paper towels readily available on any tables. Eventually she brought us a stack of paper towels but didn't bring more until I asked and never picked up the dirty dishes/towels at the edge of the table. I eventually was able to ask for more paper towels and found a bottle of spray cleaner to clean the table. I obviously didn't expect her to stop what she was doing and help but I would have appreciated it if she gave us the cleaner or checked in with us before I had to ask for more paper towels. When the food finally came out my mom's food was room temperature and my partner's was too. My burger and fries were warm but the lettuce in the burger was old and needed to be thrown out because it was wilting in multiple different areas and tasted horrible. My partner's sunny side up eggs were also not cooked fully and were still runny. Overall, I understand that this location is always busy and is very cramped because of how small the building is but there were a lot of inexcusable things such as the fire exit, cleanliness, and spoiled lettuce."
