"Whoever handles scheduling at this location needs to be retrained. Actually, the staff were incredible! Very polite and apologetic. I believe the underlying issue is that Jack in the Box pays next to nothing so can't keep shifts properly staffed, making the manager essentially running the entire store, resulting in glacially slow service."

"Had the worst most disgusting cost Burger I’ve ever paid for in my life. They should honestly Pay for giving me that bs. They only had onto employee I tried calling back to say something bc I wouldn’t even give this burger to my dog. It also somehow taste undercooked and dry at the same time. "I had great service and the staff was very friendly.. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It was hot and good, no complaints here. They were out of the drink I wanted, but I just got something else. The dining room was very clean, but the bathroom could have used a little help."

"This is the last time I visit a Jack In The Box. In my opinion this place is just nasty, it's just filthy and in need of a total renovation. If they would just clean, it would help! Bathrooms have piss all over everything, you can tell tell they haven't been cleaned lately and with dirty bathrooms like this, there's no telling when the last time the employees washed their hands. Tables were not wiped, couldn't see through the windows they were so filthy. The food wasn't hot, the patty had been sitting for some time. No lines, I walked right up to the counter, but the employees were weren't cleaning up, which said allot about the crappy burgers they served me! This is the last time I ever visit a Jack in the Box."
