This location of Taco Flats has always been known for great food, great atmosphere and great service. "Black Girl Taco Chronicles sent Just A Girl From The 206 on a special assignment to Taco Flats in Austin, Texas. We had Chicken Mole, Al Pastor, Carnitas, Carne Asada, and Barbacoa. They have some great tacos. I am giving this place an 8.5 out of 10. The carnitas was worth the value, but I wished the meat had a little more flavor."
"The food was great. The quality was there. Staff were friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Parking was the biggest issue, but if you don't mind walking a little bit, you'll be fine."
"Food was not great tortilla soup tasted like a can of tomato soup, a far cry from the one I had in Mexico City ; my friends liked their tacos and especially margarita, so maybe I just picked the wrong item. Restrooms were dirty, guess they clean them once a day. On the plus side, waitstaff was friendly and the vibe was fun and laidback."
