"Fast & friendly service. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. The bread is made fresh daily & it tastes so good. The place stays clean & it's never too loud, so you can definitely do work while visiting the establishment for a drink, snack or meal."
"I had the Turkey original sandwich. It was large and quite tasty. The building is nicely remodeled, and the staff was friendly."
"Staff are always friendly but they get my order wrong each time at the drive through, even after confirming the order. Today was around 2 pm and definitely not busy inside or out. The Anderson Lane location is even worse because they actually charge for other items and then you have to go inside to sort it out and try to get it corrected. A simple run at the drive through takes longer than it should at both locations. Bummer."
"I’ve always liked this restaurant, but this location is terrible. I ordered a sandwich very simple request of no condiments… not only was that not done the other ingredients were not even given. My sandwich had a pinch of lettuce and barely any protein. The Cinnabon was a bit stale."
"Honestly I have always liked the food at schlotzsky's. But this venue is probably the nicest one I've ever seen. They also had the best service I've ever received at a schlotzsky's. I wouldn't bother with online order and pick up, the drive through is still fast. Also they usually don't start making it until you get there."
