"Certainly! Here's a polished review in English based on your experience at Q Bar Texas BBQ in Terminal C of Houston's airport: --- On a recent layover at Houston's airport, my companions and I ventured into Q Bar Texas BBQ in Terminal C, and what a delightful surprise it was! From the outset, the ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for a truly fantastic dining experience. We kicked things off with their BBQ ribs, and let me just say, they were nothing short of spectacular. The ribs were succulent, tender, and slathered in a BBQ sauce that was the perfect symphony of sweet and tangy. Paired with a selection of wine, our meal was elevated from great to extraordinary. Just when we thought our culinary journey couldn't get any better, it was time for dessert. Eagerly anticipating the cheesecake we ordered, we were instead greeted with a twist. The bartender—who also doubled as our waiter, showcasing the versatile and friendly service this place is known for—approached us with an apologetic smile to inform us that, regrettably, they were out of cheesecake. However, he quickly offered a fabulous alternative: the butter pecan pie. Trusting his recommendation, we went for it, and it was indeed a phenomenal choice. The pie was a delightful blend of flavors, perfectly sweet, and a fitting end to our meal. The service at Q Bar Texas BBQ was simply outstanding. The staff's ability to multitask, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor, truly set this dining experience apart. It's not every day you find such high-quality food and service in an airport setting, making Q Bar Texas BBQ a must-visit for travelers passing through Terminal C at Houston's airport."

"Worst plate of bbq I've ever had in my entire life. I know it's an airport, but no matter how low you set your expectations, you're not even in the realm. Pulled pork: Paltry portion of flavorless, stringy, dry pork. Sauce: Awful cold sweet BBQ sauce from whatever food service jug, because they can't be bothered to make anything. Sausage: grilled food service hot dog grade sausage. Toast: Burnt and covered with chemical margarine. Beans: From a can, doctored up and mushy. Mac and cheese: Oh man is this bad. Like 3 disintegrating noodles in a pool of what I believe is drywall spackle. This two meat combo and a drink was about 60 bucks with that awful qr code ripoff system they have at all restaurants in Houston airport. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE."

"For airport food, it was ok. I do feel sorry for folks that eat this BBQ thinking it is a representation of real Texas BBQ. It is not real Texas BBQ. The servers were nice but ordering everything off the internet is not for me. If you can see the bartender, you should just be able to order from him. Way to expensive for what you get, but that is the airport"

"Shared a 2 meat plate which came with 2 sides. Was intending to order a baked potato but we were told these were not available. Brisket was overly salty. Smoked turkey was delicious. Baked beans were sweet rather than savory. The green beans were a nice surprise. Gratuity was calculated as part of the bill."

"Chef Blue and his team prepared one of my favourite meals I have had for a long time. He was an excellent instructor to his junior chefs in preparing quality barbecue. Highly recommended."
