"Before I start, I want to say that I’m writing this review completely unsolicited as I wait for my car repairs and I’m doing so for the mere fact that the service I’ve received here truly deserves recognition. This is my second visit to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and my returning (although this location is 40 minutes away from my job, and 30 minutes away from my home) is 100% based on the respect, attentiveness, & courtesies paid to me in my first visit from Brian the assistant manager here. In my first visit Brian shot me straight, answered all of my questions, and let me know every single option I had. In efforts to get me taken care of same day, he was even kind enough to arrange transportation to my previous job that is around the corner. I was given status updates of my vehicle, even shown pictures of what was going on. Walking away from my first visit, I felt completely taken care of and completely trusting of the team here attending to me. This is my second visit and the service has been nothing short than the first. If you are looking for a place that values integrity & customer experience you’re coming to the right place. No one wants to deal with car issues—here it’s not so bad. Thank you to the team!"
