"We arrived for a balance on 1 tire at around 3pm and we were asked to come back in an hr as the guy there was going to pick up his son and we were trying to get back on the road towards Dallas. It would have been a good opportunity to sell us a tire and balance but instead we had to go more north and found another tire shop who was able to provide the service."

"This place would have received 5 stars from me if the cost of the used tire I purchased would have been reasonable. The service was great, the technicians were knowledgeable and fast but $40 for a used tire that was a tad bit smaller than my old tire was not reasonable."

"This place doesn't keep the hours listed on Google. I came here looking for 4 new tires because another shop up the road I'd made an appointment with was closed. The gentleman here told me he didn't have the tires I needed but he'd have them the next day. He said to call at 4pm and double check before coming. So the next day I called at 4pm and no answer. I called about 3 more times and no answer. I figured maybe they're busy and since they're supposed to be open til 7pm I drove out there. When I got there they were closed and locked up at 5pm. WTH. I ended up going to Penas Tire Shop off of Hwy 6, close by to this place. They helped me, got me my tires, gave me a cool place to sit while I waited and were extremely professional. Wonderful customer service at Pena's. Go there instead."
