"After calling and asking for an estimate for diagnosis so I could repair my solar issue on my camper, Ana has now ghosted me on sending me an email with that information so I can supply this to my camper manufacturer. I know it’s an estimate and could change but it’s a place to start with my manufacturer so the I CAN GET REIMBURSED! I sent a follow up email and still received no reply. So frustrating. Now I have to drive an hour across town and pay twice as much for the same service. Solarcraft actually called me back, even being on a job in the field, set and appt and sent me an estimate."

"I ran my Class C over a boulder while driving into a gas station parking lot and ended up ripping the generator out and causing damage along the passenger side of my RV. I called up Texas RV and Car Care Specialist and they were able to completely fix all of the damages that I created and got me in and out within a reasonable time. They worked along side with my insurance to ensure that everything was repaired. They were very professional and punctual. There were a few bumps in the road but they communicated with me and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them for all of your service needs."
