"I work in kitchens doing hood fire suppression systems all ovér the Houston area. The majority of my clients are taquerias and man, I have éaten my share and someone elses over the years. These guys are as good as it gets. Anything off their pit out front is sure to put a smile on your face and a memory in your heart. My mouth is watering as I reflect while writing this. Dont be fooled by the buildings facade. In my experience, taquerias are like bbq joints. The big fancy ones put their money into the building and furnishings and the food often suffers. The tastiest places put their money into the food. This place definitely takes pride in the product that goes onto your plate. Do yourself a favor and try em out. Your appetite will thank you"
"The food is a little bit salty and the guy who prepared our order didn’t use any gloves. Got the fajita bread and put some meat on it and it seems like normal to him to just grab the food without gloves and hand it to us, well those hands can cause contamination and get the customers sicks I wish they practice good sanitation."
