"Last Saturday, I visited this location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The food was served at room temperature, and the wings were embarrassingly dry. it was quite evident that the food had been sitting under a heating lamp for a long time before it was served to our table. To make matters worse, the rest of our meal, including the appetizers, were served at room temperature as well. On top of that, the service was terrible. Our server didn't even bother to check on us once our food was delivered. She only came back to ask if we were ready to check out. And when we were ready to pay, she stepped away for a good 15 minutes, we had somewhere to be afterwards. I strongly advise you to avoid this location and save your hard-earned money. Spending 30 bucks on a meal that was such a huge disappointment was a waste of time and money."

You were very attentive, and when you thought there were large gaps of time that you hadn't checked in on us you were fast to apologize. You checked on us plenty of times and made us feel comfortable with your friendly demeanor. The food was as great as it always is. We love watching a variety of sports on the big screens. Thank you! "Dinning in is always a mess and the wait times can be up to an hour long. It's easier to order on the app and take it to go. Do check your food items, because a few things will be missing. The service isn't bad, it's always chaotic, but in a fun way. The food here is average and the wings have shrunk, but they do pack on the sauce. Whoever bathed my wings in all this sauce, thank you, it was sooo good!!!. The holy Mac is the best thing about pluckers."

"Bartender asked me 5+ times if I was ready to order. After I ordered and received my food I stepped away to use the bathroom. When I return my food has been thrown away and the Bartender just asks me if I wanted another drink (I still had a full drink with my napkin on top of it clearly indicating I was still actively consuming the items in front of me). When I brought up the fact my food had been thrown away he simply suggested he could get me "5 free wings" but none of the items I had ordered were chicken (Bacon wrapped hot dog with waffle fries tossed in a seasoning). They ignored me for the rest of my awkward time at the bar sitting there with no food and sheepishly mentioned that they took care of the hot dog after I asked for my check. The manager could have interacted at any point and instead he (gentleman wearing red shirt with short haircut) and the Bartender just stood there and joked about the situation. Extremely disappointing. I've been to Houston locations multiple times and never dealt with this???? Not sure why I selected this over Buffalo Wild Wings. Their instant reaction at the bare minimum would have been to make it right vs some nonsense about "5 free wings"."
