"Excellent help, just need to initiate assistance with the customer. Don't let the customer have to ask for help. One way to know is to greet each customer when they walk in the store... "Welcome to Lane Bryant"; "Hello, let me know if you need assistance". My first time in a Lane Bryant store; I had to ask for assistance after about 10 minutes. After asking for help, things were much better. Sales clerk need to wear store tags, because they are dressed like the customers. Midriff should not be allowed."
