"Extremely Disappointed with Popeyes' Declining Quality I am utterly disappointed by the appalling quality of food served at Popeyes during my recent visit. The chicken I received was clearly past its expiration, leaving it dry, tasteless, and inedible. Despite attempts to salvage the meal with sauce, the chicken remained unpleasantly tough and unappetizing. Additionally, the mac and cheese, which should have been a comforting side, was nothing short of a disaster. Instead of the creamy, cheesy goodness I expected, it resembled soup with chunks of old, congealed cheese. The overall state of the food was not only disheartening but also concerning for anyone who values their health. As someone who used to enjoy dining at Popeyes, it pains me to see the drastic decline in quality and standards. The blatant disregard for food safety and freshness is unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. The risk of food poisoning far outweighs any fleeting satisfaction one might derive from a meal here. In conclusion, Popeyes has lost a once-loyal customer due to its neglect of quality control and food safety. Until significant improvements are made, I urge others to steer clear of this establishment to avoid the disappointment and potential health risks associated with dining there."

"Food was well cooked came out really fast and excellent customer service very welcoming. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. They really make me say it I love that chicken from Popeyes especially from this location!! Can’t wait to come here again."

"This location is awful. I paid for a Truff combo meal + an extra biscuit. I get through the drive through and only got a spicy chicken sandwich (not what I ordered) and like 13 fries. No biscuit, no drink, and not the right sandwich. I reached out to customer service and they said the management at the location would have to decide what to do so they would forward my request. I never heard from anyone. Will not be returning."

"Arrived at 10:10 a.m. They did not have a manager on site or the cash registers. About 10:20 a manager showed up. Never said a word to me about having to walk around for 10 minutes waiting for a manager to get we could have a cash registered to pay for the food. I usually love Popeyes with the food here is my end and hastily thrown together with no aesthetic appeal whatsoever. And good luck trying to explain and order as no one here speaks passable English, if at all. If his place does not get new management it's going to fail. Is that older lady here when it first opened and everything was great. Now I wouldn't bring anyone here or recommend it."

"So no receipt was given but anywho the young lady working the drive thru on Sunday September 17 does not listen and lied to my face. This was the first time i have ever had the stupid chicken sandwich ,ever! and so i ask her and we clarify on top of that that i dont want no mayo please ok no problem so I get to the window and asked her to make my mango lemonade a xl large but because she already had made the combo size she begins to lie and say that those cups are only for regular lemonade and drinks that I cannot get mango so I laughed called her lazy in my head and got my food and started to head home and starving so i get my sandwich out which was not hot at all which leads me to my next grievance. They gave me a sandwich that was already made and covered with mayo on both top and bottom buns! thought I wouldn’t know well on top of that they just threw my fries at the bottom of the bag no cartons bag nothing just thrown in the bag like really i just paid 12$ for this combo and this is what i get?? Well never again will i visit this location"
