Whataburger

"Horrible service. Just a bunch of lazy kids that don’t care. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru menu they were laughing on the intercom. It was 9 pm and I ordered from the breakfast menu and she replied “we aren’t serving breakfast right now.” The menu says in big letters “breakfast from 11am-11pm” so I politely just ordered a hamburger for my husband. Then when I pull up to the window to receive my order, this young girl gives me a huge attitude for no reason. Hmm… explains why there is not much business going on there whenever I pass by. Horrible workers. Definitely not returning. Management needs to do something about these kids. SMH ."

"Sat in the line for 35 minutes... Not an exaggeration... While they filled "online orders"... Got to the window and drinks were watered down from sitting, shakes were nasty at this point... The fries were cold and stale as was the rest of the meal! The manager had an attitude as if it was my fault. Finally just drove away after paying for 48.00 worth of food I had to ultimately throw away. Never.... Again...."

"If you like your orders being wrong, look no further than this Whataburger. The person taking the order in the drive through is normally great, gets all parts of the order correct. Once the bag is in your hand though, you better check and make sure it has everything because there's a good chance something is missing. Let's say the bag has passed the test and has everything in it, great! Now the next test is did they make the food how you ordered? Does the burger have a no onions sticker on it, I hope you like onions! Want to remove mustard and add mayo? Sucks to be you here's both! My guess is everyone cooking the orders is high, and I don't blame them it is Whataburger after all."

"I ordered food delivery 9/2/2023 at 8am. Did not get the sauces I had ordered with my meal, no Straw for my drink, and the fries were absolutely disgusting. I understand for food delivery, French fries won’t be as fresh as if ordered in store, but these were very cold, stale, and barely seasoned, like eating cardboard. The sandwich was great, but the fries were very disappointing."

"Consistent bad service at this location which is unfortunate because it is closest to my home. They consistently get orders wrong and have poor customer service. The experience that prompted me to write this review is a mobile ordering experience in which the staff misread directions and I was told I had to go into the drive thru line again for their mistake. When I made my way through the extensive line again they did not have my order ready, they had to look around for a minute to find it then gave it to me lukewarm clearly just having sat around for me to wait the line again. I should not have had to go through the line again in the first place and yet I do with no complaints and cant even get a hot meal. This is not the type of experience any customer would like to have, I will happily order elsewhere Edit: RAW bacon… beware if you choose to eat from here."
