Forget Me Not

"Firstly, the place is extremely loud for a place you order food at. The waitresses can’t even hear you. The seating has always been an issue and I went For the 3rd time over the weekend (not by choice but bc my friends did their bday there) and they changed the tables but it’s still not enough room to accommodate. We were a party of 10 and they gave us a booth that seats eight and we were all squished in with no room on the table for all of our food. Secondly, the food took over an hour to arrive. Some people at our table didn’t even get their plate by the time the rest were finished eating. I ordered a salad and it had chicken on it. The salad came with no dressing and the chicken was dry and hard as a rock. I asked the waitress for a dressing and she brought me maybe a teaspoon of dressing, enough for 1 bite & said she will bring me more when they finish making it. Why would you bring out food that is unfinished and missing items? Also, for a chicken salad, there was hardly any chicken on there.. mainly lettuce. The drinks are so so, music is good, but that’s about it. We asked to speak to a manager and complained about our experience. I had to send the salad back and unfortunately I wanted to order food but I did not want to wait another hour to get my food so I did not eat anything. The managers resolution to our problem was to discount the entire table, which was not discounted. Everyone paid, and did not realize it was not discounted until someone noticed on their bill that the discount was not applied. We asked the manager to discount the meals and she went over and brought security to the table as if we were going to harm her or some thing. I understand we were upset and loud and she probably did it for her safety, but all she had to do was actually apply the discount to begin with and we wouldn’t have to call her over so many times & be upset. Overall, I’ve been three times and all three times I have been terrible. I will never go there nor do I recommend anyone go there."

"Cute spot to come chill and have drinks! Came early with family so nobody was really there yet but we received great service. Ordered the oysters which were ok, a tad small & the fried gulf shrimp which were good and wish we had more instead of all the fries. Nevertheless with the tvs and chill couches you can come vibe and smoke hookah if you want to as well"

"So this place gave me and my crew life. From the front door you are greeted with smiles. Our waitress was super attentive even though this is a huge lounge restaurant kinda set up. And the food, magnifique! First critique is about the mashed potatoes. They were definitely packaged. But the lobster tails, delicious and the collar greens, come on now! Had to double up on those. Second critique would removing the stems. Drinks are expensive but strong. The truffle fries were good too!"

"See provided GREAT service. Made sure our glasses stayed full. Food was absolutely delicious! My ONLY complaint is the music is to loud! You have to yell when talking to the people at your table. Just lower music a tad bit and it would have been perfect."

"Came for Brunch to celebrate a friends birthday. We loved it the moment we stepped in. The decor, the atmosphere, and the music was a 10/10. The customer service was top tier from all employees and they constantly checked in on us. The manager was so attentive and made sure we were enjoying our time as well; he even gave us a free shot. The food was pretty good and not too expensive. The mimosa tower was even better. I recommend coming early to have no problems with seating or parking because it can fill up fast. Parking was $15 which is the only downfall for me but it’s Houston so I get it."
