"Ordered the burrito bowl and it was awful. There was maybe a tablespoon of rice, some chicken and a massive amount of salsa. I love salsa but it was almost the whole container filled with salsa. I don’t like Freebirds but it was definitely better than Chipotle. My stomach was burning after eating some of it"
"This place has some work to do. First of all my order was 10 mins late. Not too bad but feels like forever when you’re waiting at the drive through. But the worst is portion sizes. My chicken bowl barely had any lettuce, way less chicken than usual, and almost no guacamole :( not what I’m used to see at a Chipotle"
"We love to eat at Chipotle. My wife and I were so excited to have a new Chipotle near our house. What a disappointment. No food at 2:30pm. The servers were a bunch of young teenagers who had no concept of customer service and running a business. So many people came and felt the same and left. Please hire a good manager who has knowledge of fast food restaurants. Until then, we have to go to our regular Chipotle which is a longer distance."
"This review is for delivery: No one is happier than I am to have a Chipotle close by, but the portions we’ve received from this location are laughable. I’m hoping it’s something that can be addressed by management because it’s very disappointing to pay what we did to be missing sides (chip, guacamole, dressing) and still be very hungry. If I’m 120lbs and starving after I eat “three” tacos, we’ve got a problem. If my husband can eat his burrito in 4 bites, we’ve got a problem. Come on, fill it up!"
