"i know third party delivery can be difficult for employees to keep up with sometimes (speaking from personal experiences). but man. we ordered 2 burritos and a bowl, chips & queso and dessert over ubereats. paid for priority only to find one burrito, dessert, and a bowl. okay, that's fixable. re-order the missing burrito and queso/chips... 30 minutes later a solo burrito comes. why. just why. i love the queso so much. seriously something is always lacking when i get delivery from here... otherwise great food"
"I was stunned by the lack of flavor and overall "Meh" of the food (burrito). The cost also was a shocker, as 1 burrito and a coke being $16.00? I have to say that the staff were exceptional though, as Will (worker guy) was super nice and very quick in making the burrito and had us try there new lingery meat (sp?), as it was kinda like a wet brisket (sample). Good though! The sample had plenty of flavor, our burrito did not (sadly). I am not sure we will return. EDIT: When you get a response from Mgmt to fill out their internal review/survey, NOTHING is done and no one gets back to you, so that tells you alot of what is "corrected".....nothing!"
"Freebirds has excellent, high quality ingredients that never disappoint. The staff is friendly and work quickly to put your order together, and the location is always clean and pleasant. This location is close to me, and it's a great way to get some delicious proteins after a long day. Keep up the awesome work!"
"This place is just plain nasty. Trust me, I like a good burrito and preferred Freebirds over the others but not anymore. This is one of those times that I didn't listen to the multiple reviews warning how nasty it is only to realize right in the middle of ordering, those folks were spot on. Listen to those reviews! I’ll take the other nasty fast food places that share that center over them any day."
