Fiesta En Guadalajara

"I came here for a family event which called for the big room to be reserved for our event. Food- we had a set menu of either mix fajita or cheese enchiladas. My husband and I got the mix fajitas. The chicken was so flavorless that could only be described as it was boiled then put on the grill just to get some color. The beef was so very greasy and flavorless as well. Not good at all. Service- it was terrible. Our waitress, Nora, was very forgetful and rude. She insisted on speaking Spanish to my husband who does not speak Spanish. We were supposed to get tortillas with our fajita and my husband went to get them from her as she was handing them out but she went out of her way to give them to someone else then that person passed them down to us. She had our tables food on the tray but did not give it to us, my SIL got up and handed us the food. Had to ask many times for drinks and some of them never made it to the table. The one tray of drinks she did give us, she, with a very bad attitude, got loud and said “help me get your drinks”. I get people need help but ma’am we are paying for a service that at this point we are doing our selves and you’re screaming at us to get our drinks. Worst waitress and experience. Cleanliness- as I mentioned we were all in a private room as it was a family event so we had our on restroom which you would think it would be clean. It was so disgusting dirty. It smelled bad. Paper towels on the floor and brown stains on the toilet. Never coming back. You could not pay me enough to eat here again. I wish I could take stars away, that’s how bad this place is."

"Fiesta En Guadalajara is one of my favorites in Houston! The vibes are fun, service is great and the food is good. I went last for margaritas national day, because where else would you go for a good margaritas in Houston!? However, I think everyone got the memo and it was busier than usual, the drinks took longer to come by, and the service was slower than what I’m used to in that restaurant! Also, I always speak highly about their margs but last night it was not the same, maybe it has something to do with margaritas national day! I will give it another try soon to see if it’s just one off or the quality has dropped! Happy margaritas national day!"

"Food was good, The waiter was very nice, but got our order wrong, I ordered 3 carne street tacos, my hubby ordered the same and we also ordered the ground beef and beans nachos. The street tacos were great, but didn't have lettuce or anything on them, and we were served 6 each, instead of 6 total, but were very flavorful. The nachos were chicken and some type of beef, but fatty. They just did not have any flavor and the cheese was cool and gelling already when we got them. Ordered the special of a bucket of beer for $11.25 or something. We never received the discounted price for either the tacos or the beer. Their charros beans was one of the best ever had tho. Mixed feelings about this one. I don't think we'd go out of our way to eat here again."

"So happy I finally made it out! I’ll def be back! Had the chicken salad! It’s humongous! Can def share! Steak night is on Wed! I’m planning on going soon! Under $20 can’t beat that!"

"Getting a table was fast. Waiting on a server was slow. Their margaritas are good. The food is okay. Nachos come with melted cheese that seemed to go in the microwave before they bring it out. Salsa was bland. Their green salsa is horrible. Fajitas mixed plate needed more seasoning. The rice and beans were good. Flour tortillas were decent."
