Ross Dress for Less

"Normally, I don't post any reviews on anything no matter the experience. But this is the second time it's happened at this location. They always follow me and double check to make sure I'm not taking anything. Mind you, I don't have any purses or anything on me besides my keys that hold my cards. This evening, I bent down to check out some of their beauty products and when I got back up three employees followed me to the checkout Lane and personally checked out the three items that I had. And after turning away for a moment to help another customer right before I left they took my bag and took everything out to just in case I took something else. I will make sure never to come to this location again."

"Horrible location can’t tell if it’s a store or a prison block. The rude lady in the dressing rooms will tell you repeatedly to hang your clothes on a hook so she can verify your not stealing before you go in to a dressing room with no lock that doesn’t stay closed. Then when your prompted to go to self checkout you’ll have to hand over your selections again to another employee who removes the theft tags then you get your stuff back and go to self checkout where after you check out another employee who’s five feet away and watching you like a hawk the whole time blocks your way and demands you show receipt for items he literally just watched you scan. What a poor business model besides the fact that nothing is labeled or organized correctly and it smells rancid the customer experience is terrible not all Ross’s are like this but this location needs to be gutted and with new management"

"I would like to say what a wonderful experience I had today with the help of one the associates, by the name of Ms.Myra. I wasn’t sure who the manager was, and should have spoke about it while there, but I usually do it in person and online. She is truly an awesome person!!! She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a men fanny pack or tool pouch to put around my waist for a tool that I purchased. I noticed when I approached her, she was already doing some else, and I said excuse me could I ask you a question. She said yes how can I help you, and she did everything in her power, to help me to leave with what I came in for. Please management make sure this lady is recognized for giving her best and excellent customer service. The rest of the staff I encountered today was great as well. I am a happy customer, and I give her 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"What's happening lately with the Ross Dress For Less store, they have treated me badly for being Hispanic, the security of the store. They are Racist just because they have papers and are Hispanic, I would also give 5 stars for this store but having Racist workers I don't get angry like that because That's so much violence now they make you angry.."

"This is Texas. People need water. I had a bottle of water and a Starbucks that I had just purchased. There store policy is no drinks inside. So I asked if I could leave them up front some where...not in the heat of my car, I was denied. So I was curious and asked if I could just bring in my water, it's has a lid. The security guard that I was speaking with very quickly and kurtley replied "No drinks means..no drinks! I don't know what I could tell you that would make you understand any easier." Well I would just like to say to her that she cost the store she works in a customer."
