"Went to several locations...the location off Wirt Rd in Houston, will not go back. Traveled to HWY 6 location, customer service was way better but still will not go back. The quality and selections are not like they used to be. Very disappointing Ross has a better selection for the price. Catos is over priced to have merch that has poor quality. The Wirt location looks like Goodwill."

I'm going back because I'm making a payment, but also the woman said there was going to be a mark down again for clearance. I really want this purse they have. The sales person was not that friendly or nice. But that's okay."
"Had an awesome experience. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. When I went to try on clothes they helped me decide what looked best on me. Most of all whatever we couldn’t find in my size they happily placed an online order for me saving me a run to other stores. Unfortunately I haven’t had the same experience at other Catos and that’s why I wanted to share my great experience!"
