"*Extremely Disappointed with Chipotle's Portion Sizes & Missing Ingredients* We just ordered a chicken salad and veggie salad from Chipotle as we usually do, but unfortunately, the takeout portion sizes we got were shockingly small - veggie salad came in half its usual portion, chicken salad came without the lettuce. It was disheartening to receive such a meager amount of food, and this wasn’t the first time!! We understand the importance of portion control, but this was simply absurd. Not only did the minuscule portions leave us hungry and unsatisfied, but it also felt like a complete disregard for value and customer satisfaction. It was truly disheartening to have Chipotle cheat it’s takeout customers of full portion servings, given that we are usual customers. We expected Chipotle to be able to deliver a regular serving size given its maturity and presence. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it left us feeling cheated and disappointed. It's a shame that they have repeatedly gotten the orders wrong or dished out stingy portions. I hope Chipotle fixes these problems and start prioritizing customer satisfaction by providing portions that match their prices. Until then, I will be looking for other dining options that value their customers' hunger and expectations."
