"Was waiting to place an order and no one took my order so I left. Poor service skills, the manager was on her phone while I was waiting and she didn't bother to help. The drive thru were getting their orders in and out while in the dinning area was lame. not going there anymore."

"Jack-in-the-Box is way too expensive. That’s all there is to it. The staff was OK, the food was pretty good, but I will never pay this price for food again that’s supposed to be “fast food“ you’d be better off, going to raising canes or to Chick-fil-A for the price I had to pay."

"The staff at night time are very unprofessional. The lady in back on this particular night did not have on gloves while making the food and when we addressed it, the cashier lied and said she was even though we clearly seen that she was not. She also lied about what kind of tea was in our half lemonade/half sweet tea. We asked her if it was Fuze and she said yes. We then told her we wanted Gold Peak and she said it was (which was a lie). Someone needs to address this issue ASAP!"

"Order the chicken combo big box 50/50 And this was the results. Very disappointing, chicken bites extremely small to where most of it was just burn dough, the onion rings included are burnt. For spending over $20 this is not worth it, would had been better going to Hmart"

"Waited 10min+ until I was acknowledged to place an order. Their was only 2 workers working and no one in line and only 1 person in the dining area.The young lady working was polite but the gentleman came off very rude and rushed.The mini bites I ordered was mostly fried to a crisp & inedible except for the mozzarella sticks! I don't know if this was a slow day or what but I won't be coming back to this location"
