"Bought a Stihl hedge trimmer about two years ago. It was getting hard to start so I stopped into Ace Hardware and ask them if they could check it out for me. They said sure, bring it in. A few weeks later I bring in the hedge trimmer and they tell me they don’t service these items. I am pretty sure they do but their employees do not know that they do. I have a Stihl trimmer, chain saw and hedge trimmer. I guess I will go elsewhere for my Stihl supplies and service. The employee actually told me that they don’t “service” Stihl products but only do repairs. But he didn’t think they could work on mine because I didn’t know what was broken. This was not a young teenage employee - an older guy. Unbelievable"

"Awesome service from the second I walked in. Greeted right up front and asked what I was looking for. Today it was a 5/16 24 tpi tap that neither of the two larger stores had yet they had it and many more then they did. Staff was great and friendly. Store was very clean and well stocked with a wide variety of items. Parking was easy and not an issue. Do not over look this store for your needs."
