"I ordered a combo with chili! It was boiling it was so hot. I ate my sandwich and my pickle, and it was still steaming hot and burning my mouth and throat. I asked if they could put it in the fridge and one of the staff said i can't serve it to u cold. Then she takes it and buts a frigid lid on top of it. I guess to keep the steam in. I asked to take it home. It was still boiling hot after being in the fridge. I do believe that staff member has no idea how hot soup should be. I could have had a big law suit! Somebody needs to retrain her or fire her b4 she harms someone ad they do have a law suit!"
"Over a 30 minute wait because somebody took my food from the rapid pick up. Then I was told I'd have to wait longer and how it was a "free sandwich anyway" so I just left. I've always had great experiences here but today was just a no."

Every time I walk in I’m greeted with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. They even give recommendations on what toppings would go best with what subs. I’ve tried some of the recommendations and it did make my sub taste even better."
"I really like the hot sandwiches with pastrami or corned beef. I have been to FS a bunch, but only second tome at this location. I like them better than Jimmy John's and the bread is good too."
