"The guy who was at the window was extremely rude & nasty gave me my food & not said have a nice day or anything I want be coming back . Around 10:59 -11:02 am he needs more training on customer service after he all but threw my food to me out the drive thru window"
"On 11/15/2023 6:00 p.m. the cashier at the front of the store cussed me out after refusing to get his manager to resolve an issue. I just needed extra Ranch, and the young man told me to go F myself. That started an argument, I can't believe they didn't tell the guy to go home immediately. He was cussing at me in front of all the employees and anyone that might have been there. I'm hoping they improve their hiring methods to get better personnel. So, if you don't like getting cussed at, don't go there. Or if you do, don't ask for extra Ranch."
"The most disgusting sandwich I've ever had, tons of fat, tasted like it was dipped in salt water and the bread was hard and dense. The au jus was like onion water no beef flavor at all. Cashier had no personality. I'm shocked the drive through was so packed. I went inside to order and regret it. Threw it out after 4 bites."
"Amazing experience. Long line, but they handled the line fine. Restroom could've used some attention (was beyond just a few minutes, or a little bit of a crowd dirty). Food was very fresh and hot. The cashiers were so friendly. Great experience overall."
"The atmosphere was really friendly, the cashier helped us out to pick a meal and she was really nice. I would recommend this place and would visit to try something new. The sandwiches were very filling. My only problem was that the meal came with the sandwich and a chips only for ($3) extra. Which would mean that a bag of chips were $3????"
