"Ran out of the footlong cookie. Why let me order it!?"

"Drove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business. No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure. I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a great sandwich!"

"Went there this evening went through the drive thru for 15 mins then decided to go in after wating so long as I walk in I am getting dirty looks thrown at me by the only girl there at the time she continued to have attitude while taking drive thru order snaking the counter while she was talking to the customer. When it was mine turn she continued to give attitude when asked if she had a problem by another customer she still had it. Me and other customer walked out. Poor customer service and very slow 30 min wait for a sandwich is uncalled for."

"The chain is not what it used to be. Employees at this store do a good job and are friendly the majority of the time. Subway as a whole has so many competitors that offer a superior product. If Subway would stick to it's original concept of eating fresh and make good sandwiches they would be better."

"let me start by saying that this is probably the worst subway I've ever been into my life it is an absolute hole in the wall. I stopped in on my way to work to grab something quick to eat and oh my God the employees the people that were in the dining room sitting with the employees I've never heard language like that before other than maybe an Eddie Murphy stand up record. if I was the owner of this place I would probably fire about 90% of the employees at least the ones that were there tonight there is no possible way this could be a sustainable business model with the people that were in that restaurant tonight. me personally I will never go back here and we'll void it at all costs and this particular part of town there's about six different subway restaurants trust me when I tell you there's way better ones than this one."
