"Went inside to order food to go and he asked me to use the kiosk because he's too busy. I am 40 years old and I don't want to use the kiosk. I want to order like a normal person. I literally told him no thank you I don't want to use the kiosk, but yet he walked off and ignored me. Don't know what his name was and I don't care, but he was African-American and I said thanks but no thanks and walked out. Horrible customer service. "This taco bell is always messing up my orders. I constantly have to ask for it to be corrected. I asked for a family meal online with crunchwraps and they didnt put the crunch part. I ask for no onions or cheese in my son burrito and they still put it. I gave it 2 stars cause im close enough to get it fixed. But its crazy how they cant jus follow the orders provided. Hate this is the one im closest to. Horrible service to me."

"Was craving nachos and saw this Taco Bell and didnt see much traffic so I pulled into this sketchy small strip mall where access to the drive thru was easy. Ordering was easy and the drive thru service was polite. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same about the food. Got a nacho bell grande, burrito supreme, taco supreme and they were all literally cold. I imagine this is what it tastes like to eat dog food. To make matters worse, I didnt even know you can mess up Cinnamon twists but this location proved everything can go wrong. They literally had no cinnamon, lol, like who can be so lazy and mess that up!? I threw it all away and wasted $18 - do yourself a favor and skip this location cause its obvious there is poor management and employees who are uninterested in doing the job they get paid for…. Not recommended whatsover!!!"

"Went to order the rolled chicken tacos and was told they were no longer serving them but they were still in the menu being advertised. I feel lied to and inconvenienced. Taking my business to the Burger King across the parking lot."
