"I ordered a mocha ice coffee, got to work took a big drink it was so sour and nasty I had to spit it out. no one answers the phone. service is lousy as well. now i'm without coffee and an upset stomach."
"They take forever for only shakes. I order online so it could be faster. When we arrived we pressed the red button and we waited for a long time. I got out of the car so they could see me and kept pushing the red button until they asked what I needed. I told them about my order online and they didn't have it ready. We waited and when they came with the shake we were missing 2 shakes. So we had to wait longer. They were supposed to be ready at 7:14pm and it is 7:41 and bearly got the complete order."
"When closing time is 11pm and you arrive at 10:40pm, 20 minutes before closing, you would think they would take your order. Not this location. Sat for 20 minutes while the employees walked around inside looking out the window at me completely ignoring that I pressed the red button. They turned the overhead lights off about 45 seconds after I pressed the red button and let me sit waiting, hoping I would just leave. This is hands down the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The employees who were working the closing shift on November 4th, 2023 should be written up at minimum for their actions and negative representation of the Sonic brand. Based on the other recent reviews it appears this Franchise owner just doesn't care."
"I have no complaints at all for this sonic. They have always done me good over the years of going here. Today I ordered a double bacon cheese burger fully customized with tator tots and a cherry limeade. I put my order in on the app and drove less than 10 minutes to get there. My food was ready to go and they brought it out to me quickly and with everything I needed including sauces I asked for and napkins."
