"Honestly, this was the WORST IHOP experience ever. The place was PACKED to the brim everyone was practically touching each other. Our waiter was sweet but she didn't write down any of our orders, it was 6 of us and she had to come back and ask us what our orders were. She didn't even put in some of our orders. She brought our drinks and my mom ordered coffee which she stated tasted like hot water with sugar and milk. Our cups were dirty too and our forks and knives were dirty. There was no ketchup in the bottle no sugar and when we asked for sugar our waiter brought us a cup with sugar in it. There were parties seated after us and served before us we waited over an hour and just decided to leave instead, we paid for our drinks and left. Please do NOT come here. IHOP is supposed to bring smiles and all it did was bring frowns to this table."
"I honestly loved my latest visit. We're always serviced by the same waitress (Gaby) & she's the absolute best.! She's so attentive and efficient very knowledgeable about the menu and overall just great! The food also has a new flavor and I'm not mad at all about it. I ordered the New York style cheesecake pancakes and they were delicious; so warm, buttery, soft, and so fluffy!! 10/10 recommend."
"Food was good as usual but service wasn't not great at all. Perhaps cause it was late but that shouldn't be an excuse. Employees arguing amongst each other. Food took a long time but they did tell us they only had 1 cook at the time."
"The service here was pretty good. Our server kept checking on us and provided us with drinks and everything we needed. The only issue was the food. The food had been good in the past but this time it wasn't that great. We asked for shredded cheese on our hashbrown, but they only placed a slice of cheese and called it a day. The pancakes could have been better, and the egg was missing flavor with the sausages."
