"Our service was atrocious. It was clear there was no communication between the staff here. We came when there was hardly anyone present - we were the only ones in line at the time we ordered. We sat down after paying and waited about 15 minutes before checking in the first time - no updates and brushed off. At this time, there was a rush of people receiving their food either in the line or timely after they sat down. We checked in THREE times before they acknowledged we had been waiting for now an hour for our food. This left such a bad taste in my mouth - honestly, it was an awful experience for food that was not worth $60."
"Tried the 2 meat plate with fries and green beans. The turkey was juicy with lots of flavor but the brisket wasn’t as juicy as I had hoped. Overall still enjoyed the meal and would come back to try other means on the menu."
"We got here at 8:30 and they closed at 9 so it was our fault they were out of ribs. We got the family board and we asked them to substitute beef brisket for the pork ribs. Unfortunately the brisket was mixed with some of it being very good and most of it being lean and dry (see pics). The pulled pork was fabulous, the best I've ever had. The people were kind and friendly."
"This place is always ok, with their food but tonight for dinner I ordered a pound of brisket and a side of Mac and cheese and half way through I found hair inside my Mac and cheese this is disgusting .. I'm on the phone with the manager updates will be posted shortly."
"2nd Review We asked for onions and didn't get any. we asked for taggy barbecue sauce, and we didn't get any. We ordered sauage with baby back ribs, and all we got is sausage. We asked for bread, and we didn't get any. We did get 25 forks, ketchup that we didn't need nor asked for . When hosting a dinner party, l use real utensils. Spent $162.00 Come on, Pappas, you can do better or not. 1st review This is what happens when you go through the drive-thru this ham is awful dry and all this skin on it. Thank goodness a barbecue I bought was edible. It's a good thing I know my way around the kitchen l was able to cut the Rind off and thin the ham but I shouldn't have to do that at the cost that I paid for it."
