"The service was horrible!!! We were waiting on our flight which was no big deal until we realized that everyone that came in after us had got there food and left already. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes finally asked what was going on and the waiter blamed it on the cooks instead of taking accountability that he never even entered ours in (I watched him do it after I asked) we waited without drinks and silverware for probably a good 30 minutes as well. When I asked for a straw for my son to have with his drink to another waitress on the floor she made a comment of “this must be one of …… tables” leading me to believe this is a common thing. The food wasn’t horrible but the service definitely needs to be improved tremendously."
"We had a layover and was hungry and decided to try this place as it was close to our gate. I got the Philly cheesesteak burger and the service was really fast. The burger tasted ok. The bread felt dry. The burger could have used some type of sauce because it only had the meats and cheese, and then combining that with the dry bread, it wasn't that great. I've had better and this place was pretty expensive for what it was, even for airport food."
"Based on the reviews I saw, I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised! The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was flavorful. This was a solid and totally acceptable airport meal."
"We made a quick stop here to grab something to eat before leaving Htown. Delicious!! Plates are big so you can share it and thats what we did. We ordered the waffle burger. I also added some eggs on the side and we were full. The other person that was with us ordered a burger. Prices were very reasonable and coffee was nice & strong like we like it."
