It's hidden location does not mean that it's empty, as this place is popular by word of mouth and people line up during lunch. The owner, Tommy, is a genuine gem himself – both passionate about barbecue and an avid fisherman, which led to him hitting it off with my husband! The food was absolutely delicious, with smoky flavors that left us wanting more. Our favorites on this trip were the juicy jalapeño sausage and fall-off-the-bone ribs, perfectly complemented by creamy mac and cheese and decadent cobblers. And let's not forget the perfectly brewed sweet tea that rounded off the meal perfectly. This place wasn't just a meal; it was an experience. The combination of delicious food, a friendly owner, and a shared love of smoking meat made it a truly memorable stop."
